1. No refunds
Because licence keys are issued and bound to your Discord account within seconds of payment, every purchase is final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation:
- change of mind, or no longer needing the tool;
- unused time, partial billing periods, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal;
- a third-party site changing so that a module is degraded, down or updating — modules are maintained as we are able and the status board shows what is affected, but this is an inherent part of the product and not a defect;
- results on any third-party site not meeting your expectations, including accounts later closed by that site;
- your key or account being suspended or revoked for breaching the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including key sharing;
- costs you incurred with other providers (proxies, SMS numbers, captcha services) while using the tool;
- incompatibility with your device, so long as the application meets the system requirements published on our website.
By ticking the acceptance box at checkout you confirm that you have read this policy, that you request immediate delivery of your licence, and that you understand you will not be entitled to a refund once the key has been issued. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period for digital content, this is your express consent to performance beginning immediately and your acknowledgement that the right to withdraw is lost once delivery has begun.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- Open your dashboard and click Manage subscription. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can cancel, resume, change your card, or download invoices.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your key keeps working until then and is not charged again. The dashboard shows "Ends on" with the date.
- You can resume a cancelled subscription from the same portal any time before the period ends.
- Cancelling does not refund the current period and does not delete your account or data. See the Privacy Policy for deletion.
3. Billing errors
A billing error is not a refund. If you were charged twice for the same plan and period, or a renewal was taken after you had cancelled through the billing portal before the renewal date, email [email protected] within 14 days with the receipt or invoice number and we will reverse the erroneous charge through Stripe. Reversals typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If a key cannot be activated at all because of a fault on our side, contact support first: we will fix the key or issue a replacement. That is our remedy for a defective delivery.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
Do not dispute a charge with your bank to get around this policy. A dispute freezes the payment and the licence, costs both of us a fee, and is treated as a breach of the Terms. If a chargeback is opened we will suspend the associated key and account, provide Stripe with the purchase record, your recorded acceptance of these policies (version, time, IP address), and usage records as described in our Privacy Policy, and contest the dispute. Accounts that open chargebacks for purchases they used are permanently banned.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country that cannot be excluded by contract, including rights relating to goods or digital content that are faulty or not as described. Where such a law gives you a right to a remedy that this policy does not, that law applies.
